Hello, dear citizens of eJahan

As you know, the website was down for several hours from 00:05 today.

What caused the problem?

We were working on a script to improve the visual style of eJahan's map of countries. The script collected the region images for every country and generated the image of that country. All tests were successful in our local host, but we didn't count on something: The map of Hungary! Hungary is a big country, and when the script was generating the map of that country, it crashed extremely and stopped responding... All we could do was to write something about this issue on eJahan Facebook page and submit a ticket to our server managing company to reboot the server, because everything stopped working (including web server, FTP, administration panel and even the ssh server).

What happened next?

BiG M - one of our citizens - told us as the first one that he cannot see his inventory. After we checked some accounts, we saw this is a global issue.

Where is my inventory?

As we checked the inventory of some citizens, we saw everything is correct in database. Repeating: Your inventory items are in safety! The game cannot show them because of an unknown reason.

Please be patient, we are trying our best to return back your inventory items to game, and they will appear in your inventory very soon.

By the way, we kindly ask you to tell our other issues you may see because of this server crash.
